On the sunlit porphyries of Northern Piedmont Nebbiolo, Croatina and Vespolina give life to Bramaterra: a noble wine of great structure, intended for long aging.

HARVEST: fully manual in small boxes, on 3rd October 2011
WINE-MAKING: fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration of 28 days, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel
REFINING: 25 months in barriques and tonneaux. 12 months in bottle
