Lessona 2011 D.O.C.
For centuries, the Nebbiolo variety has found one of its best expressions in the hills of Lessona, in northern Piedmont. The perfectly exposed Prevostura vineyard gives us a very elegant wine, following our tradition.
Production is very limited.

HARVEST: fully manual in small boxes, on 29th September 2011
WINE-MAKING: fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration of 34 days, malolactic fermentation in wood
REFINING: 26 months in barriques and tonneaux. 12 months in bottle
