Muntacc 2019   Coste della Sesia Rosso D.O.C.
Noble Nebbiolo and Vespolina grapes grown in the vineyard called Muntacc, on the Prevostura hill, are blended in our Coste della Sesia. This resulting wine is structured, elegant, and austere. Production is very limited.

HARVEST: fully manual in small boxes, on 12th OCtober 2019
WINE-MAKING: fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration of 20 days, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel
REFINING: 16 months in barriques and tonneaux. 9 months in bottle
